[Bug 2092549] Re: Remove pdfsandwich on armhf

I see it was removed in debian. For some reason, ocaml is not shipping
ocamlopt on armhf:

And then pdfsanwich fails to build:

  ./configure: 1: ocamlopt: not found

I'm wondering if that's "just" a bug in ocaml. Since debian went ahead
with the removal, though, I suspect it's the right course of action, but
I'll take a quick look at ocaml @ armhf.
