All binaries are alreadyfrom podman

 podman-docker | 5.3.1+ds1-7 | plucky/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
 podman-remote | 5.3.1+ds1-7 | plucky/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
 podman | 5.3.1+ds1-7 | plucky/universe | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

And all in universe and nothing in -proposed.
Reverse depndencies go against what is now in podman.
