mobilitydb is available in plucky-proposed only. The binary is
postgresql-17-mobilitydb

** Description changed:

- mobilitydb is unable to migrate to testing because 1.2.0-1 built on
- s390x but 1.2.0-2 has Build-Depends: architecture-is-little-endian .
- s390x is big endian so s390x is intentionally no longer supported.
