Short, simple and correct.
And also stuck at 3.1.2.. since forever due to the same reason.

And https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/cryptojs points to the new 4.2 version (which still is discontinued upstream).

It is right to be removed, what I say is that it might come back.
Debian bug 1056014 blocks it from entering testing and it is unlikely to get new uploads.

But if you are concerned consider suggesting a sync-blocklist
