[Bug 2088471] [NEW] Remove geary on armhf

I have requested the removal of geary on armhf in Debian. Please remove
it in Ubuntu too.

The build tests began failing recently even though geary itself has not
changed.

armhf is not currently a desktop architecture for Ubuntu or Ubuntu
desktop flavors.

I believe that arch-specific removals are not handled by the Ubuntu
Archive Admin process-removals script so manual handling is necessary.

We previously removed geary on s390x with LP: #2052386
