The default mapping of contrib is to multiverse because the common case
is that packages are in contrib because they are free but depend on
things in non-free, so they must be in multiverse for installability.
Ubuntu does not have a policy that free software which exists to
interface with non-free services must be in multiverse.
Override component to universe
geoipupdate 6.1.0-1 in noble amd64: multiverse/net/optional/100% -> universe
geoipupdate 6.1.0-1 in noble arm64: multiverse/net/optional/100% -> universe
geoipupdate 6.1.0-1 in noble armhf: multiverse/net/optional/100% -> universe
geoipupdate 6.1.0-1 in noble ppc64el: multiverse/net/optional/100% -> universe
geoipupdate 6.1.0-1 in noble riscv64: multiverse/net/optional/100% -> universe
geoipupdate 6.1.0-1 in noble s390x: multiverse/net/optional/100% -> universe
6 publications overridden.
