Please remove both the source and binary of the following packages from the Ubuntu archives:
- src:screenbin     (oracular)
- src:ec2-api-tools (oracular)

ec2-api-tools has been deprecated for a while in favor of other AWS
tools, namely src:awscli. screenbin is a project without updates for a
while which will be a casualty from this removal
