[Bug 2051463] [NEW] Please remove simulide from all architectures except amd64

The Debian package has been set to only build on amd64 and i386. Since
simulide isn't built on Ubuntu's i386, please remove simulide from all
architectures except amd64. This will allow simulide to migrate out of
noble-proposed.
