[Bug 2054623] [NEW] Removed from Debian testing

Public bug reported:

redmine/5.0.4-7 was removed from Debian testing:

It is also blocking the migration of ruby-defaults/1:3.2~ubuntu1 and
some other ruby packages. I believe we should follow Debian and also
remove redmine and related package from the archive since they are not
in a good shape.

Those are the reverse dependencies that should also be removed:

$ reverse-depends -r noble src:redmine
