[Bug 2052971] [NEW] [AA license review] python-awscrt includes code with OASIS license

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Robby Pocase (rpocase):

A bug was logged against fedora[0] that highlights that a small portion
of aws-crt-python is licensed under the OASIS license [1]. This package
never specifically went under license review, and could need
modification to be in line with licensing ethos of ubuntu [2]. The OASIS
license should be evaluated to understand what our stance on aws-crt-
python would be and decide a path forward for aws-crt-python.
