You have been subscribed to a public bug by Lucas Kanashiro (lucaskanashiro):

ruby-dataobjects-sqlite3/0.10.17-1build5 in Noble does not work with
ruby 3.2, all tests fail and it FTBFS.

Its Github repo is archived for 9 years now:

https://github.com/datamapper/do

I do not expect anyone to fix this.

The only reverse dependency is ruby-databojects (Recommends):

$ reverse-depends src:ruby-dataobjects-sqlite3
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* ruby-dataobjects              (for ruby-dataobjects-sqlite3)

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in: amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, s390x
$ reverse-depends src:ruby-dataobjects-sqlite3 -a source
No reverse dependencies found

The way to go here is to remove ruby-dataobjects-sqlite3 from Recommends
of ruby-databojects and the remove the source and binary package from
Noble.

** Affects: ruby-dataobjects-sqlite3 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
