Public bug reported:
Please remove rust-ruma-state-res from Ubuntu plucky to allow the
libgit2 transition to be finished. rust-ruma-state-res depends on rust-
criterion-0.3.
rust-criterion-0.3 is no longer installable with the latest version of
rust-itertools and it is not planned to fix rust-criterion-0.3. Packages
should migrate to the (unversioned) rust-criterion instead.
rust-criterion-0.3 does have several autopkgtest reverse dependencies
and However, it and rust-ruma-state-res were removed from Testing. (The
autopkgtest reverse dependencies were not removed from Testing.) The
Debian Rust team has set their autopkgtests to skip-not-installable
which is probably a bad idea but means that removing this dependency
results in neutral autopkgtest results instead of failures. It is
probably not worth the effort to override this downstream in Ubuntu.
