Hello,

I would like to request the removal of this package from Plucky release pocket since
it is failing to build as we can see here : https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mongrel2/1.12.2-3build4
The build failure is due to the libgnutls transition from 2.28.8 to 3.6.2

There are 2 arguments for this removal:
- the package is not actively maintained (last commit happened 3 years ago)
- the libgnutls transition is a big transition with substantial API changes
  and fixing mongrel2 to be work with the new version of libgnutls requires
  significant modification.

Reverse dependenicies

- mongrel2-core
- mongrel2-run (depends on mongrel2-core)

These 2 packages do not have any reverse dependency as we can see:
