** Description changed:

  Remove amazon-ec2-net-utils from Oracular.

  We provide a solution for hotplugging[0] which is enabled by default
  with no user interaction. This package can conflict with our default
- method
+ method.

  In additon to this, this package is currently undergoing a decent bit of
  development work, so should be included once more stable. Jammy,Noble
  already have known issues that would need an SRU, but is hard to justify
  when our cloud-init solution is already working.

  There are no dependencies on this package, and no impact of removal for
  Ubuntu on AWS - especially as we provide the functionality of this
  already.

  $ reverse-depends -r oracular amazon-ec2-net-utils
  No reverse dependencies found
  $ reverse-depends -r oracular --build-depends src:amazon-ec2-net-utils
  No reverse dependencies found
