Please remove the following binary packages:

$ rmadison -S linux-restricted-modules-lowlatency | grep -e mantic | grep 390
linux-modules-nvidia-390-lowlatency-hwe-20.04 6.5.0-5.5.1 mantic-proposed/restricted amd64
linux-modules-nvidia-390-lowlatency-hwe-20.04-edge 6.5.0-5.5.1 mantic-proposed/restricted amd64
linux-objects-nvidia-390-6.3.0-7-lowlatency 6.3.0-7.7.1+1 mantic/restricted amd64

There is no support for these going forward.
