Please remove kchmviewer builds on ppc64el, riscv64, and s390x

kchmviewer 8.0-2 has following change:

  * Starting from this version, upstream does not consider the QtWebEngine
    interface experimental any more; since it might be the only option in the
    future, switch to it now:

qtwebengine-opensource-src builds only on amd64, arm64, and armhf. So
kchmviewer does not build on ppc64el, riscv64, and s390x any more.

kchmviewer has no reverse dependencies.
