[Bug 2038296] [NEW] graph-tool: FTBFS with no log on risc64

Since the upload of the graph-tool 2.57+ds-1ubuntu1 merge on 2023-08-19
it has been unable to build on riscv64 (failing with no log).

As can be seen in the mantic test rebuild [1], the previous upload
(2.45+ds-10ubuntu1), which did build successfully on 2023-03-29, now
also fails with no log.

graph-tool builds successfully on risc64 in Debian [2].


Please remove the following binary from mantic to allow the new version to migrate:
python3-graph-tool 2.45+ds-10ubuntu1 mantic/universe riscv64

$ reverse-depends src:graph-tool
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends src:graph-tool -a source
No reverse dependencies found
