stdgpu successfully built for amd64, arm64, ppc64el but dependency waits on libthrust-dev for armhf, s390x and riscv64 platforms.

The rmadison for those platforms returns:

 libthrust-dev | 2.0.1-2               | mantic/multiverse | all
------------------

Would it be possible to move libthrust-dev to universe on armhf, s390x
and riscv64 platforms?
