This isn't a full review as I'm not on shift today. But please could you
expand the Test Plan? It's fine if it's going to be tested externally,
but the exact steps they intend to follow should be documented. And in
particular for this kind of case, please make it explicit that the
testing will be performed with a kernel from the archive as well as the
package from the archive (proposed is fine) as the importance of that is
often missed. Report of a successful verification should state the
kernel version used as well as the version of accel-config and the
specific steps performed.

I've not looked at the uploads themselves, but hopefully this feedback
will speed up the review time.
