Justification
-------------
gst-plugins-good1.0 offers a Qt6 plugin. Currently, we disable it on i386 because qt6-declarative-dev isn't available on i386.

This depends on qt6-base being built on i386: LP: #2008936

The gstreamer plugin also has a dependency on qt6-tools but I believe it's unnecessary:
