[ Impact ]

The upstream developer of U-Boot for the Allwinner Nezha D1 and similar
boards has consolidated the boot0 code into the U-Boot tree he maintains
in version 2022.10.

Version 2022.10-1089-g528ae9bc6c-0ubuntu1 of u-boot-nezha replaces and
conflicts nezha-boot0.

[ Test Plan ]

* Boot the Kinetic preinstalled images on the Allwinner Nezha D1 and the LicheeRV boards.
* Upgrade to Lunar.
* Check that nezha-boot0 is no longer installed.
* Check that the system boots.

[ Where problems could occur ]

The Allwinner Nezha D1 and the LicheeRV boards might not boot.
