We should remove it.  The way to handle obsolete packages is not
package-by-package.  Both 'pro security-status' and ubuntu-release-
upgrader provide better central mechanisms for informing users of
obsolete packages and facilitating their removal.

Removing packages from lunar:
	telegram-desktop 4.5.3+snap-0ubuntu1 in lunar
		telegram-desktop 4.5.3+snap-0ubuntu1 in lunar amd64
		telegram-desktop 4.5.3+snap-0ubuntu1 in lunar arm64
		telegram-desktop 4.5.3+snap-0ubuntu1 in lunar ppc64el
Comment: Package inappropriately transitions to a third-party snap; LP: #2008258
1 package successfully removed.
