[Bug 2008258] [NEW] Please remove and sync blocklist telegram-desktop from the archive

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Robie Basak (racb):

This package automatically transitions users to a snap maintained by a
third party without prompting. This is different to the situation with
the firefox, chromium and lxd snaps for example. See the thread linked
below for details.

Please therefore remove this package from the archive and sync blocklist
it as it is considered damaging to users in both its present and
previous state.
