[Bug 2006776] [NEW] Please remove lockdown from lunar

This package was previously removed in Hirsute. It has synced to lunar-
proposed because of a no-change rebuild NMU, which is in dependency wait
because the package still build-depends on dh-systemd. The upstream
looks abandoned as well: https://gitlab.com/taggart/lockdown.

Please remove this package from lunar, and consider adding it to the
sync blacklist also.
