It is indeed a leaf package and after inspecting popcon, the web (to get
a feeling for its usage) I feel it would be ok to remove it.

But I was confused seeing:
https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#ruby-omniauth
as it suggested to me that ruby-omniauth-gitlab, ruby-omniauth-multipassword and ruby-omniauth-saml face the same.

Is it still "omni" if we next remove all those, or are there other ways
to resolve these and only bitbucket to be removed?
