ruby-omniauth-bitbucket/0.0.2-1.1 does not support ruby-omniauth >= 2.
We have the same situation in Debian and I filed a RC bug there (which
should remove it from testing soon):

Upstream is inactive since 2017 and I do not expect a fix. Since this is
a leaf package I believe we should remove it to allow ruby-omniauth
migration (which is indirectly blocking ruby 3.1 transition).
