Please remove rust-ripasso-cursive from noble and noble-proposed.

It is blocking the completion of the libgit2 transition.

It will be fixed when a new upstream version of rust-ripasso-cursive is
packaged but I don't think we need to wait for that since rust-ripasso-
cursive has no reverse dependencies.
