when uploading the packages of the new BioConductor release 3.18 it turned
out upstream has droped r-bioc-nanostringqcpro.  Since we do not have the
power to become upstream we hereby ask for removal of this package.


Please remove source and arc:all binaries from Noble, blocking migration of r-bioc-biocgenerics.
