ruby-roxml in noble does not support nokogiri 1.15.4, therefore it is
blocking its migration. Upstream is not active for a couple of years, so
I do not expect them to fix this anytime soon:

I checked the reverse dependencies and there isn't any:

$ reverse-depends -r noble src:ruby-roxml
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r noble src:ruby-roxml -a source
No reverse dependencies found

Due to that, I hereby request the removal of ruby-roxml source and
binary from noble.
