[Bug 2045847] [NEW] please remove libhamcrest1.2-java from noble

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Vladimir Petko (vpa1977):

The Ubuntu-only libhamcrest1.2-java was introduced as a versioned dependency to build junit4 package.
The library is old and no longer builds from source with Java 21 default.

Junit4 no longer dependant on this package, it was replaced with libhamcrest-java.
