[Bug 2042486] [NEW] demote crmsh

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Athos Ribeiro (athos-ribeiro):

As reported by Lucas in LP: #2040377, we now have pcs and should demote
crmsh to universe.

The demotion is pending on the openstack team to migrate to pcs.

crmsh is seeded in ubuntu/supported and should be removed from there.

pcs is pulled in through pacemaker, which is seeded in
platform/supported-misc-servers

$ reverse-depends src:crmsh
EMPTY

There is a reverse testsuite trigger:

$ reverse-depends -b src:crmsh
Reverse-Testsuite-Triggers
==========================
* booth                         (for crmsh)

but this should not be considered for demotion purposes here (and FWIW,
booth is in universe).
