[Bug 2045793] [NEW] remove alex4-data from the archive

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Graham Inggs (ginggs):

alex4-data is removed/slated for removal from Debian and should not be
distributable. alex4 currently depends on "alex4-data | game-data-
packager", but the intended use of this is to have users of alex4 be
able to build alex4-data once locally with g-d-p and be able to
distribute it to their other devices.

There is precedent for this in the open-tyrian package, which relies on
the tyrian-data package ("Depends: tyrian-data | game-data-packager (>=
40)") but tyrian-data is not available in the archive.
