And now we need to copy the lower version package again, to reinstante
linux-ibm-lts-20.04 package at lower version:

$ ./copy-package --from ppa:canonical-kernel-team/ubuntu/ppa --suite
focal --to ubuntu --to-suite focal-proposed -b linux-meta-ibm --version
5.4.0.1054.83 --auto-approve
