You have been subscribed to a public bug by Jeremy BĂcha (jbicha):

rust-vhost-user-backend is intentionally no longer built on armhf, so
please remove the armhf binaries.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust-vhost-user-backend/0.10.0-2

I believe this removal will allow the rust-env-logger transition to
migrate out of mantic-proposed.

Most Debian Rust packages make extensive use of virtual "Provides"
packages. I found reverse-dependencies with these queries:

https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Fcontrol+rust.*vhost-
user-backend.*dev&literal=0

https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=path%3Adebian%2Fcontrol+rust.*virtiofsd.*dev&literal=0&perpkg=1

There is only one reverse dependency, rust-virtiofsd, which was never
built on Ubuntu's armhf.
