[Bug 2031918] [NEW] Please remove GNOME Shell extensions incompatible with GNOME Shell 45

Please remove the following packages from mantic to allow GNOME Shell 45
to migrate out of mantic-proposed when it's ready. These packages need
source changes to be compatible so they can be allowed to auto-sync, but
otherwise aren't helpful to have even in mantic-proposed:

- gnome-shell-extension-gsconnect
- gnome-shell-mailnag
- gnome-shell-pomodoro

GNOME Shell 45 Beta is a very disruptive release, requiring source
changes from *every* extension. And it's not possible to use the same
extension code for >= 45 and for <=44.
