Please remove r-bioc-isoformswitchanalyzer from mantic, it's a leaf
package and currently blocks the migration of around 170 r-bioc-*
packages.

r-bioc-isoformswitchanalyzer was removed from Debian testing on
2023-07-10 for blocking a previous transtion.

Please remove the following source and binary packages:
r-bioc-isoformswitchanalyzer | 1.20.0+ds-1 | mantic/universe | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
