[Bug 2030957] [NEW] openmw: Please RM ppc64el and riscv64 binaries

available on ppc64el and riscv64.

Please remove the following binary package from Mantic release:
openmw 0.47.0-3build1 mantic/multiverse ppc64el, riscv64
openmw-cs 0.47.0-3build1 mantic/multiverse ppc64el, riscv64
openmw-launcher 0.47.0-3build1 mantic/multiverse ppc64el, riscv64
