[Bug 2030669] [NEW] Please remove gimp-plugin-registry from Ubuntu

Public bug reported:

Please remove gimp-plugin-registry from Ubuntu. It is incompatible with
gimp 2.99 which is currently in mantic-proposed. I filed a Debian bug
inquiring about whether the package should be removed there or if it
will be adapted to provide plugins that are compatible with the new gimp
series. But it will need a source upload anyway and it can be allowed to
automatically sync if an update is compatible.
