  Ubuntu Release team review and unblock.

  This moves from v5.19 to v6.2, and add support for the new VisionFive
  board.

  I'm on going on holiday until next week. Requesting sync to lunar-
  proposed with the hope that a suitable AA/release person performs the
  required outstanding reviews prior to sync accept.
