As mentioned in the previous comment, we blocked the package from
migrating with the "block-proposed" tag in this bug and uploaded it [1].

Once this review process is complete, and if it happens in the next 1
week, we can just remove the tag and let the package migrate. Otherwise,
we may want to re-visit the FFe bug at LP: #1987551 to ensure this still
acceptable for kinetic.
