[Bug 1993752] [NEW] luajit2 doesn't support ppc64el anymore

luajit2 has dropped support for ppc64el on version 2.1-20220411-5.1, but
that change hasn't been reflected in Ubuntu yet.  The package is
currently blocked on autopkgtest due to missing test results on ppc64el.

This bug is a request for ubuntu-archive to remove the luajit2 ppc64el
binary.
