Please remove pytango 9.3.4-2build1 from kinetic-proposed.
I'd like to upload 9.3.3-1ubuntu1 to fix the FTBFS
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1019091
and pick up fixed libboost-python dependencies.

I've already confirmed that this builds in a PPA:

Debian have version 9.3.4-2 which FTBFS on s390x, and 9.3.6-1 which
FTBFS on ppc64el and s390x.
