You are correct. I knew that systemd-resolved now Conflicts: resolvconf,
but had overlooked that it also Provides: resolvconf and the resolvconf
commandline interface.  So netctl doesn't need to be removed (but
openresolv and resolvconf do, since they don't integrate with resolved).
