src:pysha3 was removed from debian in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1023033 and has no reverse-dependencies in Ubuntu:

$ reverse-depends -s python3-sha3
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -b python3-sha3
No reverse dependencies found

It is apparently unmaintained upstream and currently FTBFS in the
transition to python3.11 in lunar, but it does not appear to be worth
the bother to try to resolve the build issue.

(It also has an outstanding security vulnerability, which could be
resolved if the build issues were addressed.)
