[Bug 1966516] [NEW] Remove most GNOME Shell extension packages

and remove all the extensions listed there. Some have already been
removed previously because they were uninstallable at one point with the
version of gnome-shell we had in Ubuntu.

Basically, this allows us to have more confidence that gnome-shell
stable release updates won't break Ubuntu packages while allowing
extension developers to push updates directly to their users.
