A new (adldap2) package depending on the laravel-framework was recently
introduced in Debian.

The upstream project depends on the deprecated tightenco/collect
project. The Debian maintainer decided to drop the (deprecated, not-
packaged) dependency in favor of the full laravel framework [1].

While this is currently not blocking any other package, it is
uninstallable due to the laravel dependency. Please, remove it from
kinetic-proposed and add it to the sync deny list with the other laravel
related packages.
