silx (1.0.0+dfsg-4ubuntu2) kinetic; urgency=medium

  * Also drop python3-pyopencl runtime dependency on riscv64

I checked that silx's reverse-build-depends freesas and pyfai still
build on riscv64 with this new version. freeart did not, but due to an
unrelated issue [1].

I also checked that silx's autopkgtests still pass on riscv64. 1741
tests were skipped, but that was the same with the version that depended
on python3-pyopencl.

Once silx migrates, I believe that python3-pyopencl/riscv64 can be
removed and nothing needs to be done to pyfai.
