Packages that are in sync with Debian and will never be releasable
without a sourceful upload should not be demoted to -proposed, they
should just be removed.
Removing packages from jammy-proposed:
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy amd64
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy arm64
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy armhf
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy i386
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy ppc64el
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy riscv64
hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy s390x
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy amd64
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy arm64
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy armhf
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy i386
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy ppc64el
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy riscv64
python3-hy 0.19.0-2 in jammy s390x
