Public bug reported:

An upstream git snapshot of librtcom-telepathy-glib was uploaded to
Ubuntu in 2010 and has been unmaintained ever since with the exception
of trivial drive-by fixes. The package build-depends on python2.
Rather than migrating this to python3 now that python2 is being dropped,
we should drop the package from the archive.
