[Bug 1987621] [NEW] pocl: please RM riscv64 binaries

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Graham Inggs (ginggs):

pocl FTBFS on riscv64 since switching from LLVM 12 to LLVM 13.

pocl only built on riscv64 in Ubuntu previously because it was built
with the nocheck profile.

Please remove the riscv64 binaries from kinetic release:
libpocl-dev
libpocl2
pocl-opencl-icd

Reverse dependencies either never built on riscv64, or were remove from
riscv64 previously (see LP: #1979297)

$ rmadison -s kinetic hashcat
